Melanie and Toby and their 9 mo old son Joshua run the "Grazier's Supply" feedstore in Redstone as well as "MT Grasslands" which raises cert. org. lamb. Melanie is the secretary for Chilcotin Harvest and Toby helps in the butcher shop two days a week.

Barbara Schellenberg

Barbara with 14 mo old daughter Tessa runs "Ethical Kitchen" and "Controversial Kitchen". As well she is the Weston A. Price chapter leader for Vancouver.

Fiona Schellenberg
Fiona (the youngest) manages the Controversial Kitchen.

Dominique Schellenberg
Dominique runs the "Chezacut Wilderness Adventures" tourist enterprise as part of Rafter 25 Ranch. She is also in the process of starting a Seasonal grass dairy and has a cow-share business. In the summer months she manages the Rafter 25 cattle herd on their extensive range land.

Jakob Jud

Jakob Jud is the master butcher managing "Chilcotin Harvest" the family owned, certified organic slaughter and processing facility in Redstone.

Elsbeth Jud
Elsbeth is in charge of freezers, storage and wrapping. Elsbeth and Jacob's two boys Sam and Benjamin attend school in Alexis Creek.
